We have made a concerted effort to develop our skills plan in accordance with our equity plan and have a policy of training, developing and promoting people from within the group.

At Ngishilo Trading & Projects we have established a sound working relationship with a recognised health care service provider focusing on the HIV/AIDS pandemic. Along with our reputable health care service provider we address employees and subcontractors about the issues, risks, and dangers surrounding HIV/AIDS.
